Can’t decide between strawberries or bananas? Why not both?
– 1 cup diced frozen strawberries
– 3/4 cup coined frozen bananas
– 1/2 cup milk (almond, soy, skim, etc.)
– 1 teaspoon golden roasted milled flax seeds w/ blueberries (Trader Joe’s)
– 1 teaspoon honey
1) Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend away!
*If you want the smoothie to be thinner, add in more milk.
