A yummy WAY to sneak more veggies into your DAY!
– zucchini (1 zucchini = 1 small serving noodles)
1) Put your zucchini through a spiralizer, snipping the strands every 12 inches or so to make for easier handling.
2) Drizzle some olive oil onto a pan a lightly heat up your zucchini for al dente zucchini noodles. Cook longer if you want the noodles to be less firm.
3) Optional: Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
