- spicy jalapeño chicken sausage, coined
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- tabasco sauce
- Drizzle just a little bit of olive oil onto a pan and lightly sear the chicken sausage on both sides.
- Add in the kale and sautée with a dash of soy sauce and tabasco sauce.
- Plate the kale and sausages when the kale has wilted a bit and cooked down.
- Crack an egg into a pan and flip once, careful not to overcook the yolk.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the dish and enjoy!
