Super quick & easy recipe to cook a fillet of cod:
- cod fillets
- olive oil
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat & lightly coat with olive oil.
- Season the cod fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the cod (skin-side up if the skin is left on) in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Flip the fillet and continue cooking for about another 4 minutes, or until desired firmness.
- Transfer to a plate and serve as desired!
