Brunch-type foods are my favorite, and today, I’m featuring avocado toast topped two different ways! The steps are so straightforward, and you can put practically anything you have in your fridge on top. Lucky for me, I had some leftover pan-seared salmon!
Not a huge fan of the tofurky, but I love the taste of the stir-fried vegetables with a side of avocados!
This post is going up 5 days late, but happy birthday Kevin! My friend’s birthday was actually this past Sunday, but I’ve just been so caught up this week with Senior Week events. To celebrate 22 years of his existence, my friend Stephanie and I treated him out to a birthday brunch at The Wren. All I can say is, everything was amazing! And compared to the other popular brunch spots in NYC, The Wren was very fairly priced.
