This healthy & simple dinner plate takes less than 30 minutes total to put together following this pan-seared cod and this garlic ginger broccoli stir-fry recipe! The red pepper flakes and pepper give the meal just enough heat without being overwhelming, but if you’re not a fan of spice, feel free to skip out on adding the red pepper flakes to the broccoli and to go lighter on the pepper for the cod 🙂
